My two monetary refund cases just settled on June 29, 2020. Yahoo! I want to say thank you MAVCOM, for helping me to get my 70% refunds that I applied on February 24, 2020. I know, right? Yea, it’s been ages. But, I’m here to give you the solution that I tried and hopefully, you can get your long overdue cash refunds too!
- All you need to know is the FAQs and make sure that your case is eligible to ask for cash refunds.
- Then, file your complaint HERE at MAVCOM for free and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Make sure to follow up if you still haven’t got the reply from both, the airlines and MAVCOM.
It looks simple, but I can say that the waiting game can be a little bit uncomfortable with the follow-up and get mad at the customer service. I know it’s not their fault, but I have to say that it’s better to have a call centre instead of AVA to handle this kind of situation. On the whole, I’m thankful that I received both of my refunds even though it is just 70% of the amount. Well, it’s better than nothing!
