INGREDIENTS:

200 gm chilled Halal Australian Beef Shabu Shabu / 1 capsicum / 1 broccoli / Spring onions / Oyster sauce /

Seasoning: White and black pepper, salt / Rice of your choices

COOKING DIRECTION:

      1. Prepare all the ingredients.
      2. Heat the oil and put the spring onion.
      3. Add the meat and let it cook a bit.
      4. Pour two tablespoons of oyster sauce first, add the seasoning [this one agak agak only]
      5. Add the broccoli and capsicum and stir together.
      6. Serve with hot rice.
