200 gm chilled Halal Australian Beef Shabu Shabu / 1 capsicum / 1 broccoli / Spring onions / Oyster sauce /
Seasoning: White and black pepper, salt / Rice of your choices

- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Heat the oil and put the spring onion.
- Add the meat and let it cook a bit.
- Pour two tablespoons of oyster sauce first, add the seasoning [this one agak agak only]
- Add the broccoli and capsicum and stir together.
- Serve with hot rice.
